I hired Maid Easy Cleaning for a deep clean a while back and was impressed, so I've had them back a few times for regular cleans since. Their team is punctual, professional, and very thorough. Price is reasonable, too. I noticed someone mentioned tipping in a review, and honestly I’ve never had an issue. I actually asked them about this early on because I wanted to make sure they were getting them, and the employees said they keep 100% of their tips. My experience with Maid Easy was mixed. I used the service for approximately a year from mid-2023 to mid-2024. Pros: - polite and conscientious staff - responsive to concerns Cons: - unreliable service - billing practices are horrendous - when I paid my invoices, I included tips for the staff. These tips were never paid to the staff. I switched to tipping them cash to ensure they received it. I requested weekly service. For the first six months or so, they showed up when scheduled.
