Samantha and Jackie are amazing! Not only did they fit us in very last minute for a move-in clean — they did an incredible job, were super thorough, and truly went above and beyond! They were very attentive to details and made sure to walk us through things we needed to know about, like stubborn marks. Our kitchen looks so beautiful and we are so grateful!
I’ve used this company off and on the last few years. While the quality of their work is great, it’s frustrating beyond belief in that they’ve NEVER once been on time. Often times they are an hour or two late and blame it on their cleaning team being bogged down at a previous job. Many times when they run late (after we’ve already scheduled our family/kids time around this), they will offer a later date to reschedule. This is after we’ve booked this date/time well in advance. They were absolutley excellent! I called them on such short notice to help my wife get my house a little extra clean for a party and they came in and got it all done within a super tigjt time frame. They dropped everything on a dime and came out and helped me. 5 stars all the way! Will call again
