Maid to Shine did a move out deep clean for me and I’m very satisfied with their work. They were easy to communicate with, arrived in time, and made fast work while doing a thorough clean. Would recommend.

Extremely disappointed after years of being a loyal customer. I’ve used Maid Brigade of Raleigh for about three years. They’ve generally been satisfactory — a few things missed here and there, but nothing terrible, and their prices were fair. However, my most recent experience was appalling. I paid $410 for what was supposed to be a deep clean, but when I returned home, it was clearly not done properly. My husband paid for a “deep cleaning” of our home to be done - a service for which we were quoted nearly $300. First, the team was over an hour late to their quoted arrival time. We understand that traffic happens, but we had to text and call to find out where they were. That alone is understandable however, when we arrived home the cleaning was mediocre at best.
