The first time I used Maid Brigade they did a fantastic job. The second time they did a terrible job and charged me almost twice as much... $200 more than their estimate for a small studio apartment. I called and left two messages for her to call me back to talk about my experience, and she hasn't called me back yet. She was quick to return my call when I wanted to book cleaning but now it's been four days and I haven't heard a thing from her. Will never use again.
This service was a joke. Expect to pay at minimum$500. Expect calls for additional"cleaning issues". They were nice enough to fill our apartments garbage that required us to pay an extra fee. Never again.
