The service from Maid Brigade is really fantastic. We were very happy to see the floors and baseboards clean, as well as certain areas like the kitchen and guest bedroom being tidied up nicely. We loved that the guest bedroom stuffed animals were put on the bed after it had been made, that was really fun to see. We also were very impressed with cleanliness of the bathroom, specifically the master bedroom shower. Respect for their great attention to detail!
Rosario, Alicia, and another maid did a fabulous job cleaning our apartment. They were pleasant and did what we asked. I would recommend Maid Brigade to my family and friends.
Disappointed! My realtor hired Maid Brigade to clean an empty estate house before listing it. I unfortunately could not be present. When I went to the house at a later date, I was very disappointed to see a few key misses. The vanity in the 1/2 bath on the main floor was not touched. Dust was sitting on the faucet and sink. Then I noticed big dirty spots from long term hand contact on the inside of the front door, kitchen slider doors, and storage room door in the basement. My Maid Brigade day is my favorite day of the week. The team leaves my home sparkling. Their cleaning solution is effective, but safe enough for my pets.
Will never be using your services again. Paid over 500 dollars to get a rental property before tenants moved in and specifically mentioned in the scheduling phone call the need for blinds to be cleaned and was told they would be taken care of during the cleaning. I was not available to inspect the house prior to the tenant and realtor walk thru, but their feedback was that the blinds and fans left much to be desired In cleaning.
