They do not stand by their quote when delivering service. They charge by the hour not the service. The crew works slowly and takes breaks then charges you extra to complete the work they quoted you for. They cleaned 3/4 of our place then asked if we wanted to pay more for them to clean our kitchen- which is a standard part of any house cleaning. When we brought these concerns to management they dismissed our attempts to make it right. Don’t recommend
They never disappoint! I'd recommend to anyone looking for a professional team that leaves your home feeling brand new again.
