I have been using Maid Brigade for years and could not be happier! They have been thorough (using all green products), always right on time, pleasant staff and willing to do anything you ask of them. I don't know how someone could have a bad experience with them unless they did not inform the office. I know they would do whatever they needed to satisfy the customer. I had a very negative experience with Maid Brigade. I would never recommend this to people, especially those looking for a "move out clean." We hired them to do a move out clean before we list our house and told them they would be coming in on the last day we are there. I provided a list of suggested cleaning areas, but those were not addressed completely, and other things were left completely undone. Maid Brigade is a wonderful cleaning service! Very professional and very thorough. Their work is inspected by supervisors, which is excellent quality control. I have been extremely pleased with Maid Brigade and will continue to use them.
DO NOT HIRE THIS CLEANING SERVICE – My roommates and I hired the Maid Brigade to perform the move-out service as we were moving to a new house. To avoid our land lord taking out a large amount of money from our safety deposit due to improper cleaning, we decided to have it done professionally. Worst decision ever. Our appointment was scheduled for noon the day we moved out, after we had cleared everything out. They showed up 3 1/2 hours late! Great Service – Maid Brigade has well trained, pleasant teams who arrive on time and do a great cleaning job. They see the details and the house looks and smells shiny and clean when they leave. The office staff is always accommodating. I recently changed time of day and it was no problem. My prior cleaning service didn't clean everything every time. They did it in cycles. That doesn't work. Also, I like that Maid Brigade uses Green products. The teams also arrive in a company car and that’s a professional touch.
Resolved – This is a follow-up to a previous post regarding Maid Brigade. The dispute has been resolved to my satisfaction with third-party assistance. I have no further issue with Maid Brigade and I am voluntarily updating this review.

Maid Brigade Provides the WORST Cleaning Service!! – I had requested the move-out or house sale preparation for detailed cleaning service and the first time the cleaners came, several items were not done like the fridge not even touched, trash not emptied, blinds not dusted, house not vacuumed properly, closets not swiped at all, range hood not wiped, laundry sink not cleaned, empty drawers not dusted, and just about everything they said they would do was NOT done!
