I am very pleased with Maid Brigade. They are responsible, trustworthy, and good cleaners. Whenever I have a special request, they bend over backwards, which is very different from other cleaning companies I've used. I also love that they use safe cleaning products.

I applaud them for using environmentally-friendly cleaning products and sending me nice, hardworking staff members who really know how to clean.
Disappointed I was a little leary when they got my appointment time mixed up. They said they'd come between 1:30 and 2:30, then called to confirm they'd be there at one the day before. I told them 1:30 was the earliest I could do (which I also specified when making the appt. I was actually promised they'd try to be closer to 2:30). We agreed on 1:30. Then I get a call the day of at 12:20 saying they are there!! Okay, so I am still hopeful, I make it home by 1 for my cleaning, which they were okay with. Three cleaners get out... read more
