First time using this service . Its convenient and much more affordable than most repair shops etc. They provide fast reliable services.The technician (Micheal) serviced my vehicle. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service.I highly recommend!!!

This is my second time using Maicol Mobile Mechanic and I will always come back to them for my car repairs. They are professional and scheduling an appointment is easy and fast. After the diagnostic is done, they waste no time with getting the repairs started. I am a women with no knowledge about cars and feel comfortable with my car in their hands. I will be a returning customer and will recommend them to friends.

They told me it was going to take 4 hours to change the alternator and that labor would be $400 because the engine would have to be moved to access the alternator from above, and the $120 diagnostic fee could not be applied towards labor. They were very preoccupied with not getting paid but did not even have a card scanner/reader in the truck, so I had to pay them via an e-mail link.
