Great experience! Professional in and out facilities were clean small co pay but I didnt mind paying. Annually hearing exam is in-depth and not just listen to the tone and press a button. Warm friendly highly recommended.
Hearing consult is difficult if the only person there is not an audiologist who can actually give a hearing test.
Very welcoming office and wonderful experience with every visit. Nicky is great at accommodating your schedule for an appointment and is very thorough at keeping in touch for upcoming visits or for just a check-in to see how you are doing with your hearing aids. You just lost two long time customers. WARNING: They only UPSELL and no longer try to repair hearing aids. Wanted 500 to send off and possibly fix hearing aids that they had for over a week already. Went elsewhere and got them fixed same day for a FRACTION of the price. Used to be great and now a horrible practice. They are only trying to sell Phonak brands....Ask them why.
