Absolutely disgusted is the service, especially that of a employee named Murray. Waited a year for an appointment to be told the Dr had left and I just had to deal with it because they didn’t want to do anything about it. They didn’t bother to contact me or pass on my referral. Absolute disgrace!
Horrific experience; would complain to WA Health Dept, but it's a long process, and cannot deal with that right now, so suffice to leave this review. In short, I had a GP referral to see Dr Benerjee, but after Murray called me from clinic and his high recommendation to see Dr Wearne instead, I booked an appointment for December (which right now I know there's very long wait times). Literally life saving! By the time I got to Maia House I had been dragged through the mill. From Murray out the front to my Dr Deborah they’ve been amazing. Clever, caring and so patient. I have my life back thanks to them.
