Is there a NO star? this place deserves it. Ordered a Mai Vang, it was dead on arrival (DOA). Talked to a man there, he was so rude by telling me to not to call...such a pos. Reporting this place to BBB.

My mom bought a plant from them, 250.00. It arrived dried up so she called them. They told her to repot it and it will be ok. It never came back to life. She called them again and they told her not to bother them because she doesn’t know how to grow plants! Stay away from this place.

I bought 2 june plum trees 2 weeks ago and one of them was so dead. The trunk had no sign of life and the root was exposed and damaged. I called the owner and he told me it’s typical for june plum and it will grow back, if not, just buy a new one. It’s completely dead now and I plan to buy a new one. The price went up from $50 to $70 per plant now plus $50 shipping fee (while it was free shipping before). They tricked me! They sent me a video of the Canistel plant which is big but they shipped me a much smaller one. They event fooled me by adding a dropped fruit to the package and told me it belongs to the plant, while the plant only has several tiny flowers which all are dropped later. So they think they’re smart and others are stupid??? . They charged me $250 for the shipping from Florida to Texas.
