she sweet and care about patients . when I need something she away try to help .
Very disappointed in this medical practice. Dr. Hoang and her staff are very unprofessional and rude. My mom is a patient of hers for quite some time. My mom is very old school so even though the doctor is rude she doesn't like change. I called her office to get a paper script to take to my pharmacy. Her staff informed me they are unable to. Doctor Mai is ok. But the receptionist are so mean they dont even care if you are sick they don't have any type of kindness.
Rude and dirty place. DO NOT COME HERE.
DON'T COME HERE. First time we came here because they accepted Ambetter. However it's a big mistake.VERY DIRTY, THE WAITING ROOM SMELL LIKE A TOILET. THE VIETNAMESE LADY RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPER RUDE . ONLY ACCEPT HEALTHY PATIENTS. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN IF YOU SAID YOU HAVE PAINT OR SICK. WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR WAS IT? You should go to other place to be treat with respect as a human but not this place.
Mai Hoang is the sweetest but her office act like zombies that just work there and dont smile or care lol but im glad Dr. Hoang is super nice. My favorite part is that this small office can get in and out of my appt in about 30 minutes.
