If I could give her negative stars I would. Worst worst worst experience with this doctor. 4 separate times over the last couple of years she has been a no show when she has patients scheduled. The clinical manager Elizabeth Meis will not answer her phone nor the Practice Manager Felicia Johnson-Braswell. DO NOT waste your time as this practice as they don't care if they inconvenience you!!! Multiple patients have had this to happen. I'm just the only one being loud about it!

Would give her zero stars if I could. She is not a caring or compassionate doctor. During visits she seems thoroughly annoyed at having to listen to her patients and does not seem to want to be bothered by them. Selected her as my primary care, saw her a few times and visits seemed hurried (this was after she was more than 45 minutes late to each visit). Had a relapse of my depression. Appointment was today at 11 am. Was seen at 12 pm. Dr. Nguyen was pushy and used scare tactics to order unnecessary tests. Will not go back to her.

Sorry but kind of useless as a primary care provider IMO. She’s great at referring you to every other doctor. Sick? Go to urgent care or ER. Sinus infection? ENT Overweight? nutritionist. Nerve pain? neurologist. Mole? dermatologist. I do not see need to have a medical degree to order blood test yearly and send you off to 7 other docs without even attempting to address an issue. Always late. Why not schedule less appointments rather than being 45 minutes late every single time?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived on time, 15min prior to my appt time. It took 35min for a morning appointment for Nguyen to see me, which is completely unacceptable. There should not be a backup or delay of this kind this early in the day. No one let me know that she was running late. In fact, when the nurse left from checking me in, said she would be there soon.
