Probably one of the worst barber I ever went into, she appears nice and all but just after a bit of conversation you’ll find she’s grumpy and hard to communicate, rude and kinda unreasonable. The haircut skill was not good anyway, only reason I didn’t start argue with her was because she’s an elder and I respect elders, but indeed it wasn’t a good experience.

I had such a wonderful experience! I walked in around 5pm and was greeted by the hair stylist, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me as I was unsure of what kind of cut to get other than knowing I needed one. She mentioned being experienced with both genders, so men if your in need of a cut, I recommend a visit here. Only thing to keep in mind is she only accepts cash .

Called Mai Tai to make an appointment for a haircut, was told no appointment necessary, come on in. Arrived at 10:20, posted open time is 10.00, door locked, no lights on. Called Mai, she said she could be there in 20 minutes. I left and won’t be back, before any business can offer service, quality, ambiance or anything else they have to open on time. The fact that they couldn’t even accomplish that simple task tells me everything I need to know about this business.
