The physician refused to increase my brothers pain medication from 5 mg to 10 mg of oxycodone. He ended up in the ER for a post op bleed after his BL tonsillectomy procedure. He was unable to drink liquids and stay properly hydrated, and was also hypotensive, broke out in a cold sweat, and was as white as a sheet of paper at my house.
