Love, love, love Mai Nails. Always welcoming and always great service. Love getting pedicures there. The water is always just warm enough and service is outstanding. Also have had manicures and they are the best on the island. When my sister-in-in law visits she always is eager to go to Mai's.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. Foot soak water was cold and no soak solution in it, my nails were cut super short and the paint job was horrible. My toenail polish chipped off the next day. They then painted my 2 year old daughters tiny toenails and charged me $15!! When I wrote a bad review on their page, they got very defensive and nasty. I will never go back to this place.

I was cut here with the nail tools , not offered a band aid and the nail tech polished over my bloody toe nail with community polish. I was then not massaged and made to pay with threats of a call to the police. I will not be going here again.

The most horrible pedicure I have ever had in my life. The man was rough with my feet and painted horrible. I had him take the paint off and left. There were 4 other workers, no one offered to fix it or help. Will never go there again!!

Way over priced for the horrible job the man did. I like my nails a certain way and the man had no idea what I was talking about. Not only did my nails look awfull but not 3 hours later my pointer finger nail popped off. Never going back
