I go there for a cleaning every 6 months and despite that I moved to Silver Spring, I do not want to change. Dr Koussa does a really good job.
One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with a medical establishment. If I could rate zero stars I would. I recently went to Dr. Koussa for a dental restoration. She was to be adding a dental bridge. It took over a month to have my initial appointment, as they informed me that they first needed to secure a deposit from my insurance agency. My family of 5 had seen Dr. Koussa. We were very satisfied with our visits and appreciate her honesty. The staff was friendly and efficient too.
Dr. Koussa has restored my faith in dentists! In addition to her amazing work and the beautiful smile she gave me, she has the best bedside manner. You can tell that she truly cares and wants to give you a good experience and make that feeling last every time you look in the mirror!
