Wow, just wow! MJ at Mai Hair Story totally rocked my root retouch and gave me the most incredible head spa. She's super skilled, so attentive, and genuinely made my hair and scalp feel revitalized. Seriously, if you're looking for a great experience, go see MJ! You won't be disappointed.
I got a digital perm here back in May, and honestly it’s held up so incredibly well since then. People always come up to me and ask if my hair is naturally like this or what technique I use. Mai was my hairstylist, it was such an incredible experience, the shampooing felt like a massage and she even gave me coffee and snacks. Highly recommend!
Second time getting my balayage with MJ and I’m so happy with the results! I love the color and how light it is. She also did a great job at cutting and styling my hair. I love this salon because of how efficient they are and their prices are great. Thank you, MJ! :)
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I came in asking for a warm brown balayage, even showed them a reference photo (first pic below), and somehow ended up with a cool-toned “rose mocha” balayage I never asked for. The stylist kept insisting it looked good on me and I was never asked for approval before they posted my hair on their Instagram(if you see this please delete it).
