Avoid this clinic. Even with Medibank cover, I was charged an outrageous gap fee for a simple clean. There was zero disclosure beforehand that I would have to pay extra — completely unacceptable and misleading. The service was nothing special, certainly not worth the price. This feels like a money-focused, dishonest practice with no regard for transparency or patient trust. I regret coming here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
The dentist at this clinic is highly experienced, and the prices are reasonable. The clinic is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care！
Overall costumers service everything is good but as compared to other reviews for Dr Peter I have had the bad experiences today I just went to clean my teeth and he finished within 10min whole upper and lower teeth , I was curious and worried is it cleaned properly soo quick I couldn’t ask anything because something chemical was inside my mouth ., when I came back home and checked whole upper and lower teeth wasn’t cleaned nicely, uffffs very upset.
My mum went to the dentist to get a big, back tooth removed. This dentist was physically moving her in her seat to try and remove this tooth instead of gently getting it out, and so, 2 weeks later it is still hurting her mouth immensly. He did not prescribe any antibiotics or painkillers which after visiting a GP immediately prescribed us some and told us how insane it was that we did not receive any.
