Very disappointed in my last visit. After over 10 years of being a loyal customer, Mrs. Mai simply would refuse service and had me wait for the other barber ( very nice guy). She would simply skip me and let other skip ahead of my turn. She was uncharacteristically rude. No reason, doesn't make sense. I would gladly support the other barber by using his service but I have a hard time supporting Mai business.
