I enjoyed my hair style and the service was great. My mom also really loved her hair style. Unfortunately, Mia permanently closed the shop. It's very hard to find braiding shops in rural and non-urban areas. Hopefully she'll get another shop in the future.
Never EVER returning. Mai seems like a nice lady but one of her co workers next to her braided my hair in a completely different style than which I showed her, I didn’t say anything. While combing my hair she was not gentle at all with my hair, she ripped and pulled my hair until my scalp felt so sore I really felt like just getting up and leaving. They charged me $60 for two braids in my daughters hair! Two braids! And more poor baby had a small bald spot because they practically pulled her scalp off her head. They were nice but no thanks I rather my daughter not come home with a bleeding scalp and bald spots.
