Honestly, we have been going here for almost 2+ years and cannot stress this fact enough that we do not like the attitude of the receptionist, who is the brother of the therapist. Today, he informed us about something which we should have heard from the therapist herself, but instead the receptionist shared the news with us and didn't leave a positive impression on us. I have been coming back here for years. My neck and shoulders have been pinching a nerve consistently and no amount of physio and chiro would help. Since coming here, I no longer experience this.
