Nice place in shopping center. Appetizers and sushi is great. Hibachi Seafood could be a little better and fresher. Service 100%. Chefs are fun
I’ve spent a lot of money at this Mahzu location. The new menu pricing tells me this location can’t survive for much longer. Hibachi is already so expensive, to raise prices $10 a plate is just too much for me to support. It pains me to say this, but I’ll be visiting the other sushi/hibachi options in the area.
We go here about 5-6 times a year amd never had any issues, but this past time the food wasn't very good. The noodles and rice were bland tasting. I got the scallops and a few were not cleaned very well, they were sandy. The cook we had wasn't very vocal or entertaining as they have been in the past. I'm not sure if we'll be going back.
Amazing Habachi! The portions were so large that most of the people in our group had to take home a good amount of food. Also the first time I saw scallops on a hibachi menu (of course I got that). Very enjoyable time.
