The front desk is very lax about their masking policy. I asked them about it and one of the other patients in the waiting area immediately started cursing me out and threatening me. The staff refused to do anything to defuse the situation or remove the unmasked patients from the office, allowed one of them to continue cursing at me. This is a lowest common denominator operation.
