On my last service appointment, I was told that my car battery failed its test. I told them that the battery was replaced in January of 2021 an that it is still under warranty and should be replaced for free. My service advisor told me that the current battery that was replaced in Jan 2021 which also failed and was replaced due to being under warranty means that I am not eligible for another free battery.
