Service department courteous and nice. Everyone says hello to you: Sales, parts, service, all staff. They accommodate and work with you no complaints. Will be coming back. Greg at service desk is EXCELLENT. He is super nice and helpful. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so. I would like to work on my own car but life is to busy and Mahwah ford service is FANTASTIC!!
Stay away from this dealership, the worst service ever, I bought brand new truck Ford f150 2020 from this dealer, been having problems with my truck from the beginning the truck jumps when changing gears from 3rd to 4th gear and they telling my this is normal The truck have been to there shop for same problem 3 ,4 times and they can't fix the problem and telling me this is normal for the truck to jumps when changing gears, Today i called again to schedule service for the same problem because the truck is getting worst and wo... read more
Immediately after I bought this car from the sales department there, one of my tires was going flat. They apparently fixed the problem, but then the problem kept recurring and after two more visits with them they could not diagnose properly fix the problem. I went to another shop and they told ne the last repairman left a piece of debris between the wheel and tire when they last attempted to fix it. It took about 30 minutes for them to diagnose and treat the problem. I would not go to the service department there ever again ... read more
