PJ was phenomenal and a pleasure to work with! I definitely recommend this dealership.
The worst customer service ever! Lou doesn’t even have the courtesy of making eye contact. He’s rude and dismissive. He’s a bully and I’ve heard he’s worked there for a long time! Why has he not been fired? And when I asked around in the neighborhood, everyone says”you’re not the first person to say that”. What is wrong with Ford for keeping this guy?!
