Dr. Bose did a good job at a high price (may be going rate). The reason for the 3 is the billing. They told me very clearly, and repeatedly, how they were billing my insurance the regular price for the CT, but if insurance doesn't cover it, they would charge me $150 less than that. The CT was optional. I chose to do it with this info (475 discounted to 325). The biller apparently wasn't told this. All work on a difficult root canal was done carefully, skillfully and with clear communication throughout. I highly recommend Dr.Bose.
I had a fantastic experience at this practice! The staff, in particular Amanda with her great demeanor, professionalism over the phone and in person. The rest of the staff as well, really make me look forward to returning as soon as possible, which says a lot for a doctor's office! The waiting room is secure and comfortable, the equipment is state of the art, very high-tech. The doctor that saw me is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Dr. Bose + the hygienist that was in the room with her during my procedure was great. The office staff for the most part kind but when I tried to get reimbursement for a procedure that wasn't done. One of the staff tried to gaslight me into believing that I just didn't remember having it done which really left a bad taste especially after sitting for over 10 minutes with my mouth.
