Dr. Bose was amazing. I had a root canal with gentlewave. The follow up appointments were great and allowed me to see the progress in my jaw and bone loss I had experienced. It is fully healed. All staff were courteous and respectful. This is the place to go.
I had an emergency root canal done yesterday with Dr. Mahua Bose Pillai, DDS, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. She not only made me feel comfortable, but she was incredibly caring throughout the entire process. Root canals are definitely not for the weak, and I was very anxious going in—but I truly felt like I was in good hands. OMG! Dr. Bose is an extraordinary endodontist. I was visiting New York City from Los Angeles. During the flight to NYC, I started feeling intense pain in my mouth. When I landed, it was horrible so my daughter took me to her dentist who immediately sent me to Dr. Bose. My LA dentist put a new crown on a tooth 2 weeks ago. I asked why was it black and he told me that is how it’s supposed to be. OMGGGG, DrBose said it was one of the worst tooth decay cases she has ever seen. The decay made a big hole in the bone. Managed to get a last minute 6pm appointment with Dr Bose on a Wednesday evening as I was in absolute agony and told them I hadn’t slept in 2 days,I informed the Dr and get assistant Winnie that I had a massive fear of dentist’s and they were so so nice and accommodating to me and left me take as much time as needed and talked me through the whole Root Canal, Thank you Dr Bose,Winnie and Brigid for helping me out in a massive time of pain and discomfort.
