unprofessional customer service. i have done a full leg wax and i got an attitude from the server because i refused to let her go and do the eyebrow for another client (even she said it would be very quick) while she was still working with me first. Avoid the place
Horrible experience with my haircut. The hair stylist Azra burned my hair while coloring so they started to fall apart. Instead blond, they became yellow. I asked clearly how I want haircut to be done. Finally she almost shaved my head. It is almost bold now! The most ugly haircut I ever done! She rejected to return money as well. Absolutely unprofessional hairstylist!
