Dr. Bux has been a fantastic advocate for our family's healthcare. She is considerate, proactive and thorough in her approach to assessing our health needs. We feel fortunate to have discovered her practice in our network and highly recommend her.
My special needs son had a 10:45 appt on Saturday but we are in the process of moving and he didn’t want to move too fast so we arrived late. I called twice to let them know we were on our way. The grace period is 10 minutes but we arrived 5 minutes later. They refused to see my son and did not care about his circumstances. Where is the compassion for those in need?
