We just started using Gary and Edwin, and we couldn’t be happier! After buying our new home, Gary took time out of his day to personally walk me through everything about my pool. Since then, Edwin has been coming weekly, and he has been wonderful—always kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. He takes the time to educate me about my pool and make sure I feel confident caring for it.
Gary and his team quickly came to the rescue when our gunite pool started having filter/sediment problems halfway through the summer. They talked us through the process to fix it, stopped by regularly to check on the status and progress and had it back to perfect condition quickly!

Gary is a great guy. When I bought my house I was referred to use Mahopac Pools for my inground. When I had issue with my pump and water line, Gary and his associate Edwin came out the same day to fix the issue. Definitely a great pool company to use.
