We had an issue with the grinder pump at our dealership. If you're looking for fast , fair and professional service, F.R. Mahony is the company to call. Back up and running in less than an hour. They have my business from this point forward.
Fast unload.. When you come here make sure to back in into the driveway to get unloaded no U-turn for 53 ft tractor trailer..Make sure to use the driveway from the other company across the street..You will be blocking both way on oncoming traffic. Make sure to use precaution or call the company to get help for spotter…
The F.R. Mahony Team is simply amazing. A+ grade for Customer Service. I live in Billerica MA and had an emergency situation with my ejector pump. Brenda & Samantha provided friendly, timely and informative responses to my phone calls. Technicians Nick and Jim were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I've been absolutely blown away with the customer service I've received from FR Mahoney. I've had a lingering septic issue that took a bit of troubleshooting and FR Mahoney was incredibly supportive throughout the process. I had an issue with my grinder pump. The issue was taken care of incredibly fast. Our technician Kyle was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and kept us informed on the project. Everything works again and I'm beyond relieved. The customer service from everyone I made contact with was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend.
