Brenda & Samantha provided friendly, timely and informative responses to my phone calls. Technicians Nick and Jim were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I've been absolutely blown away with the customer service I've received from FR Mahoney. I've had a lingering septic issue that took a bit of troubleshooting and FR Mahoney was incredibly supportive throughout the process. The communication and general customer service could not have been any better throughout these frustrating issues. Grateful for all their help. I had an issue with my grinder pump. The issue was taken care of incredibly fast. Our technician Kyle was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and kept us informed on the project. Everything works again and I'm beyond relieved. The customer service from everyone I made contact with was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend.
Called up the boys . They sent Lucas out to fix my E-one pump. They said he’ll call you 30 minutes or so before arrival . I could care less . I’m an on call Hvac tech. I understand the madness of the service we provide .Lucas called me . Said he’d be there in 30 minutes . Right on the dime. Within 2 hours , said sauce the boys $1000 and this pump is running today.
