I recently visited the location to get updated vaccines and let me say it the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. While I hope I don't need to go back to the health department I do know that the service I'll get will be excellent!
I had to schedule several vaccines for international travel. Both in person and on the phone the staff were patient, efficient and kind, answering my many questions and providing the vaccines. A good experience!
I was there for a vaccine for overseas travel coming up. The staff did a nice job on the phone when I called to get information. They treated me professionally when I arrived. I was there a total of 15 minutes. Perfect.
Not happy about Thier inspections performance . No appointment , trespass onto your property with no approval the proceed to ring your doorbell and beat on your door until you have no choice but answer. All while charging you a" yearly inspection fee" on top of your county tax that there department gets a cut of .
Went in and took ten minutes explaining to a man with a feminine voice (Scott?) that I wanted to test for sulfur. He gave me a bag and bottle to test my water. I brought the sample back and they never called me so I called and inquired about my results and they said -without asking for my name or anything- “yeah your test was good no bacteria” I said why about the sulfur?
