I work with the staff at Mahoney Notify Plus via their payroll company. Last week when my friend was involved in a domestic violence issue I called them for advice as neither my friend nor I live in the area. Ben was awesome. He provided me contacts for the area my friend is in and made sure to keep in contact with me about another group he knows. That kind of compassion is what makes them a great company that I know I can trust!

We've been with Mahoney for decades. They've always done a great job protecting our house. We recently had a problem with an alarming sensor. Dan came out to diagnose the problem. It was clear from the start, Dan is a professional that knows his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Thanks again, Dan and Mahoney!

I contacted Mahoney Alarms to assist me in accessing my sister's home camera system in NY, with my new phone in Arizona. The "updated" App had changed recently, so CJ talked me through accessing the new app and then reconnecting me back into my sister's system. CJ was very patient and polite while getting me set up again, this time remotely. My many thanks goes out to CJ and Mahoney Alarms for a job well done! Their team goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy with their security system setup. Thanks again CJ.

I agree with the previous 1 star rating. Dispatchers/Customer Service Reps there do sound like they hate there jobs. They need a E.A.P. line for them or something.
