Laurie was great and professional but as soon as the business was passed onto Leslie, her daughter in law it went down hill. We moved before our project was done and it's obvious because of that they cut corners and stopped caring. Leslie was unprofessional to communicate with when we could actually get a hold of her. We are finally back in town visiting the completed project and there are so many things that don’t work or were installed improperly.
