I have been a boat owner and sailor for many years. In April of this year, I asked Mahone Bay for help with a boat for my father. They dont answer the phone often, so my fiancee took over with trying to coordinate the work. She called more than 15x and got nowhere. So I called again... many times.... many, many times.
