Sales team is good. We had owned an Arctic spa for 20 years before getting this one for our cottage. I told them that my salt cell failed after a few months of use and they blamed me for poor water care. My previous spa was flawless. Definitely not the service I’m used to getting from an Arctic Spa dealer.
I bought hot tub in Glacier Spa in Mississauga in October 2024. They promised me service in North Frontenac but when we got an issue with hot tub they say that they don't have no one in our area. Last week we had problem with Deverted Valve. It was stopping electricity when jets running. I called Mahon poles. They arranged team to arrive on Friday, same week.
