I simply love this place. We usually go every three months to stock up on a variety of meats. The Jersey is always fresh, and the staff is super friendly and kind.

Really disappointed. Good jerky. But my goodness, we got multiple jerky flavors this time around. But the one I was disappointed in was the habanero beef jerky. The man said it was his last batch. It was already wrapped and priced at $17. When I opened it. It was one piece of a full jerky strip and they dumped the samples pieces in the middle and rolled it. $17 for that. Ridiculous.
This is not your run of the mill jerky place that only has prepackaged products. Everything is made in house and can be sampled. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He let both my husband and daughter sample several types and was very patient. Various types available for every flavor palette (from elk to bison to beef and turkey).
