Everyone I dealt with was friendly and thorough. In fact I was overwhelmed with information on my first visit. When I went in to sign all the paperwork they were very good about explaining things again. When I had my surgery they went over what was going to happen. The next morning I received a call to ask how I was doing and if I had questions. It was all very reassuring.
