Came in for a consult and was very unpleasantly greeted by a receptionist named Faye. The receptionist who was right in front of the door was busy with another person and the girl Faye who was on her personal cellphone didn’t call me over for 5 minutes and when she finally did she just said “appointment?” And after she checked me in I saw her go back on her phone! I run a business and I would never allow this from my receptionists. Won’t be doing my surgery here.
Excellent care and communication. After care is also excellent.
This office is amazing!! My daughter had 2 ankylosed teeth that needed to be dealt with, and from the consultation to surgery recovery, the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Informative, caring, transparent, and compassionate every step of the way. Highly recommend!!
