STAY AWAY! Receptionists are extremely RUDE & not helpful, scheduling appointments is horrible. The receptionists basically tell you to go to a walk in clinic and give you no other option. I was charged $60 for a 15 min appointment that I had to rebook, I even called in HOURS before to let them know and when I was sent the invoice, it said “No Show”…..things happen in life, you should be flexible! Dr. Chawla is the best doctor ever. She always goes out of her way & has personally checked in while our little one caught illness after illness starting daycare. I feel very lucky to have someone as amazing as her for a family physician. Thankful to have her :)
I was referred to Dr. Premji by my GP as I am struggling with PCOS symptoms and hormonal issues. I advise anyone who gets referred to her for the same to save their time and ask their GP for a different referral, perhaps to an actual endocrinologist or gynaecologist. I’ve been to this clinic for both my pregnancies and I was seen by Dr. Premji for my care and delivery. My experience was wonderful. Dr. Premji is so helpful, caring and quick to respond to any concerns I have in person or via email. She’s always kind and friendly during all our appointments and quick to provide any resources, referrals or paperwork. I also saw Janet a few times and she’s lovely and always fun to chat with!
