mahner tree service is a horrible company Monti Mahner is a rude, unprofessional, and arrogant person. I contacted him for a tree trimming and removal job and he was so rude to me that I ended up hiring another tree trimming company who quoted a slightly higher price. I would never give my money someone with no manners. Buyer beware - someone with a bad attitude before you hire isn't going to become nicer once he has your money!

Horrible Service Had a Groupon which was good for service within 25 miles of Burnsville. I checked Google Maps before I purchased and I was 22 miles away. I called to setup an appointment and he answered with a horrible attitude. He asked what I needed done then said he doesn't go to Minneapolis. I just hung up. He obviously wasn't interested in my business. I called Groupon and they agreed that I was within the service area, but offered me a refund anyways. Started....but didnt finish and refused to complete job. I paid Monti Mahner of Mahner tree service to stump grind and take down a tree. I had difficulty even getting him to call Gopher One to mark my lawn (should have been a red flag right there) Then he came to do the job (hour and half late, never bothered calling) Then he barely touched our stump (which is right in our front lawn) We called him back and he REFUSED to come back, said he didnt make any money on the job and he'd charge us another $150 to finish the job he w... read more
