absolutely love Roots Hair Salon! I’ve been coming here for the last couple of years, and every single visit has been amazing. The team is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel welcomed and taken care of. The service is top-notch, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. I’ve recommended Roots to my friends and family, and they’ve all had the same wonderful experience. I saw Dylan last time and he was amazing. Truly one of the best salon around wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I went in last week to get a haircut only to have the best experience of my life. My stylist Dylan did a wonderful job and he was so fun to talk to the entire time and had such a wonderful vibe. The best part of the experience was when I went to leave and pay one of the other stylist asked me if she could give me a hug, and then she told me that I mattered and That my life was important and she was very glad I was alive. I asked for a 3 to 4 inch trim of my dead ends and they cut 10 inches off and said that’s how much was dead.. I am heart broken. I feel like that a big enough difference that they should have said they had to cut that much BEFORE they cut it not after.
