The office is so rude! They won't listen and if they make a mistake it is definitely your fault! The doctor is dismissive!

The front office staff is rude and unattending. As I approached the desk for a first time appointment, without looking up from her phone, the lady (no ID badge) behind the counter just says a dry Hello. I signed in and sat down right next to the desk and she slides me a clip board with paper work across the counter. I filled out the paper work and tried to hand it to this lady but because she never looked at me I just left it. Just moved to phx and needed to find a new doctor's office near by. I called this place and the lady that answered the phone was really short, and not interested in helping me find an appointment for tomorrow.

I was very unhappy with this doctor and his staff I was having a bad reaction to a medicine that he prescribed, I called his office to see what I needed to do, 3 weeks later I got a call back, Not any thing to do with my problem he wanted to change my appointment to go on vacation, thanks to CVS to keep my throat from swelling shut, twice I took paperwork to his office that my Insurance needed to talk to him before they would fill it, Never did do this The test he did was poorly done and his manner as a doctor very poor. We were very pleased with my husband's appointment with Dr. Mahafzah. We found the doctor and his staff to be friendly, helpful, thorough and efficient.
