Extremely rude, arrogant, and cold. I just called this clinic (along with several others) with regards to my missing cat, asking if I could email him a picture with a couple of details and to request that they keep their eyes peeled for him should he be brought in... I am AMAZED at the arrogance and cold indifference in his response.
