Spent all day trying to schedule an appointment! There's an option to have them hold your place in line and receive a call back. This is the second time I have used it, has not worked either time! The hold times are ridiculous; it is obvious that my time is not valued!
Highly recommended professional staff of doctors & np’s. Helpful, courteous & accommodating staff that answer their phones & return calls. Never have a time issue getting in to seeing a doctor or np.Several locations. Been with them for Years👍
I've always received excellent care from the Silver Pine doctors. Sometimes I have to wait, but this reassures me that the doctors take time to listen to their patients.
