Unfortunately, the experience with the office staff was extremely disappointing, particularly my interactions with Joyce from billing. The Pantry that they have which is ran by Yvonne and Marina is so helpful and so appreciated in this community. The food that I received from the pantry has gotten me through some difficult times and have been a lifesaver for my husband and myself. Eat Sprout in Easton donates breads to MY Pantry and I always get loads of bread when I visit my doctor. The people who work there in the office are outstanding also and compassionate. I have never been to another office that shows so much love to their patients.
Don’t go here for checkups I’ve been going here for 2 years and 5 times now I have gone in for an appointment and had to leave bc I had been sitting in the room for over an hour place is a joke
the staff at this office is so unprofessional… just sitting it the waiting room waiting to be seen you hear the ladies at the front desk talking about they personal life which what was said is very unprofessional for a doctor office….
Most unprofesional group of receptkonist I have ever seen in my life just a bjnch of cackling and goking nothing sdrious as a Marine Veteran I deserve beter I will seek another comunity care service
