I’m giving Dr. Moradi 5 stars b/c I understand he has good pediatric surgical skills. I was a nurse in the neurosurgical ICU when Dr. Moradi was a senior resident in training. The neurosurgery residents shortened Dr. Moradi’s cane while he was in the OR. Dr. Moradi is a small statured man and had shirt man syndrome. Unfortunately he did suffer polio as a child as he is not from this country.
I recently visited this location and was greeted by an older lady her name is Linda at the front desk with an extremely unpleasant attitude. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like an inconvenience. Customer service should be about helping people, but unfortunately, this person seems to have forgotten that. I hope management takes note, as this kind of behavior can really turn people away.
