The woman who answered the phone today and working the front desk must have been having a terrible day. She was very rude, short, and unwilling to help at all. Terrible service from her and I will not be recommending Dr. Moradi at all anymore.
Extremely disappointed during my visit to Dr. Mahmood’s office today. I had scheduled this appointment based on a referral from my primary care physician and confirmed in advance with both your billing department and my insurance provider that I had zero patient responsibility for this visit. About 18 months ago Dr Moradi performed an extensive back surgery on me. Beforehand he explained what would happen in great detail. It was a difficult recovery but the doctor and his staff were very supportive in every stage of my journey. He also performed cervical spine surgery on me prior to the back surgery. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and involved surgeon than Dr. Moradi. THANK YOU!🙏
Dr. Moradi did my brain surgery 25 years ago and I still thank God for him every day! He is a gifted surgeon and he saved my life. He is also kind and caring man.
There is a great difference between confidence and arrogance. Dr. Moradi came across as arrogant. My wife’s first surgery seemed okay for 2 weeks when she was incapacitated by a loose bone chip impacting a nerve. The second surgery to locate and extract the left behind bone fragment resulted in a life threatening mersa infection. 6 months pass and she is struck down by a herniated disk. Coincidental?
