Great care
I am not a patient at this clinic, but I called trying to establish care. Although my insurance company listed Mountain View as a potential provider, the receptionist couldn't tell me if they were in network or not. She then told me the only way it could determined was if I came down to the office, filled out a new patient in-take packet and then they would attempt to bill my insurance company.
