Very focused on dialysis patients only. Once you've receive transplant surgery they don't have any sense of urgency for your care anymore. They definitely don't send any reminder updates prior to upcoming appointments like most offices. I've seen many new faces behind the counter so often as well as the assistant nurses who have been rotating like clockwork. I've even showed up on time for appointments and the doors were locked. This week they made me go twice. the person at the front who speaks Spanish says that she called and left me a message. I think she is lying, on my cell phone I have no messages or missed calls, I only received a call from a robot to confirm the appointment. The lying person besides making me go twice for nothing was rude and with an attitude. It is not good for customer service. Dr. you lost a patient and you should surround yourself with better employees.
