Dr have worst assistant in desk , she don’t know how to behave with old people my parents went there and she is so rude with them and disappointed us and she don’t deserve to serve public

Best doctor I've ever had. I feel like I can't go back to normal doctors now, ones that leave the room, barely look at you, spend 30 seconds talking to you etc.. Mahmood genuinely cares and you can tell, it's very refreshing

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shamsi and highly recommend them as a primary care physician. Dr. Shamsi is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen without rushing the appointment. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I felt confident and reassured about my care plan. The office staff was professional and welcoming, and the visit was smooth from check-in to check-out. It’s rare to find a physician who combines expertise with genuine compassion—Dr. Shamsi does exactly that.

I tried to check if the doctor accepts new Patient , and if he takes my insurance the receptionist was very rude at first she told me she never heard Aetna insurance, even my insurance Shawd they do participant she said she doesn't know and hang up on me, I call her again to ask her to check at least and again told me we don’t accept I don’t have time for this and hang up. I don't know about the doctor but 0 customer service if that is how you tread a patient I'm glad I didn’t go.
